Coordinate onboarding for new warehouse employees, train staff in various warehouse areas and processes, co-develop and improve training materials and methods, provide regular feedback and motivate performance, identify support needs and create practical development plans, verify adherence to warehouse processes and rules, collaborate with leaders on training and development measures, accompany new processes and support teams in understanding them, evaluate training success and derive improvements, act as the central contact person for questions and support on the floor, serve as a role model for company culture, teamwork, and customer orientation
