Lead worldwide tax function across U.S. federal, state, local, international, transfer pricing, and indirect tax matters; Develop and execute tax strategies to manage global cash taxes, effective tax rate, and compliance; Serve as primary tax advisor to CFO on significant business decisions and transactions; Monitor global tax developments and evaluate impact on operations and financial statements; Lead and develop a team of four tax professionals while managing external advisors; Oversee international tax planning, compliance, legal entity structuring, and restructuring; Manage U.S. international tax matters including GILTI, FDII, foreign tax credits, and E&P; Establish and oversee global transfer pricing strategy and intercompany arrangements; Serve as tax lead for acquisitions overseeing due diligence, structuring, and integration; Oversee global income tax accounting and tax provision under U.S. GAAP; Manage federal, state, local, and international income tax compliance and filings; Develop reliable cash-tax forecasts and partner with Finance and Treasury; Lead global indirect tax activities including sales/use tax and VAT/GST; Lead U.S. and international tax audits and risk-management activities; Research complex tax matters and communicate recommendations to senior leadership; Maintain effective tax policies, processes, and internal controls; Build a modern, technology-enabled tax function using AI and automation.
