Lead technical analysis and design for overhead transmission line projects; Work directly with utilities, EPCs, and consulting firms to define technical problems and provide optimized solutions; Join BD/management meetings with senior utility stakeholders to translate client needs into engineering solutions; Work with Global CTO and headquarters to develop design concepts and technical proposals; Provide technical evaluation for pilot projects including line modelling and risk assessment; Prepare or review technical documents such as design analysis, drawings, and specifications; Support proposal/bid preparation with regional leadership; Act as the technical owner for the region; Coordinate external engineering consultants and ensure deliverable quality.
