Responsibilities
Support manufacturing and process improvement projects focused on safety, quality, reliability, and efficiency; Partner with engineers and technicians to support hardware build, integration, and production activities; Assist with root-cause investigations, corrective actions, and resolution of manufacturing issues; Help evaluate designs for manufacturability, testability, and production readiness; Support development and improvement of tooling, assembly processes, and test procedures; Contribute to continuous improvement efforts that reduce build time, improve quality, and eliminate waste; Assist with troubleshooting non-conforming hardware and documenting findings; Create and maintain manufacturing documentation, including work instructions, test procedures, BOMs, and standard operating procedures; Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the transition of hardware from development into production
