Responsibilities
Lead and support electrical teams on customer sites ensuring safe and efficient work completion; Promote safety culture by ensuring compliance with HSEQ requirements, SWMS, Take 5s, and safety procedures; Coordinate daily work activities, resource allocation, and job scheduling; Conduct site inspections, audits, toolbox talks, and pre-start meetings; Support team development through coaching and knowledge sharing; Assist with documentation control, testing records, job packs, and reporting; Work closely with customers for technical support and service delivery; Identify process improvement opportunities; Monitor project progress and escalate risks or cost impacts; Ensure testing equipment and tools are maintained and fit for purpose.
