Responsibilities
Operate AI coding tools (Claude Code, agentic workflows, LLM-assisted code review) as a first-class part of the workflow; Contribute to HL7 v2 / FHIR / immunization data pipelines including Kafka-based ingestion and Elasticsearch indexing; Instrument new work with structured logging, OpenTelemetry tracing, and Prometheus metrics; Handle PHI safely by applying secure coding practices and flagging security concerns; Troubleshoot across the deployment path including application code, databases, Kafka consumers, and CI/CD pipelines
