Develop and maintain Integrated EPC Master Schedules (IMS) including timelines and dependencies. Monitor project risks and develop contingency plans. Study delay events and their impact on the EPC schedule. Facilitate weekly schedule reviews onsite to analyze and validate progress. Evaluate GC Weekly and Monthly Schedule Reports and provide feedback. Analyze resource loading and recommend adjustments. Provide final review of schedules for estimating.
