Comply with data center unit business policies, procedures, and deadlines; report compliance or operational assurance issues to leadership; handle assigned tickets autonomously per KPIs; provide guidance to less experienced technicians on complex tickets; demonstrate understanding of standard processes for preparation, installation, diagnosis, replacement, and decommissioning of data center technology and equipment; demonstrate fundamental understanding of interactions between cabling infrastructure, network, servers, and storage equipment; examine process change notifications (PCN) and understand their impact on work execution.
