Responsibilities
Partner with Global Supply Chain teams to meet on-time delivery for large datacenter construction projects; Manage post-award activities in support of Capital Equipment procurement and project execution; Manage supplier performance and lead cross-functional teams; Integrate business specifications into RFI and RFP processes; Define and manage supplier scorecard criteria (KPIs, SLAs) and drive corrective actions; Identify and drive cost reduction opportunities; Monitor and mitigate the impact of change orders; Ensure adherence to policy and manage remediation of sourcing issues; Develop pricing and negotiation strategies for contract changes; Manage OEM Field Service Technician/Engineer labor and schedule compliance; Coordinate post-IFC design changes and technical submittals across procurement and engineering.
