## About the role You will collaborate with product, legal, and engineering stakeholders to understand user requirements and translate them into scalable AI-driven solutions for legal workflows. You will design and develop features leveraging Azure AI, Copilot technologies, and agentic frameworks to automate document processing, decision flows, and user interactions. You will contribute to system design, architecture, and technical specifications, identifying dependencies and ensuring alignment with platform and compliance standards. You will implement high-quality, maintainable code for services and features, reusing and extending existing components where applicable. You will break down complex work into manageable tasks, contribute to sprint planning, and provide accurate effort estimations. You will act as a Designated Responsible Individual (DRI) for services, monitoring system health, responding to incidents, and ensuring high availability, reliability, and performance. You will continuously improve engineering practices by staying current with advancements in AI, Copilot, and cloud technologies, and driving improvements in observability, scalability, and operational excellence. ## Requirements - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 2+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python OR equivalent experience. - Hands-on experience with Azure AI, LLM-based applications, or Copilot/agent-based solutions. - Familiarity with cloud platforms (preferably Azure) and modern application development practices. - Exposure to AI/ML concepts, LLMs, or intelligent automation solutions is a plus. - Experience working in distributed systems, microservices, or scalable platform architecture is preferred. - Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. - Understanding of prompt engineering, orchestration patterns, or AI evaluation frameworks. - Interest in applying AI to enterprise domains such as legal, compliance, or document-intensive workflows. ## Nice to have - Working experience to Dynamic CRM - Working experience within the legal domain
