Sr Finance Manager, Microsoft Frontier Company

1. Manage P&L outcome to achieve key financial commitment Micrsooft. 2. Develop resource blueprint through partnership with business, enforce resource allocation according to principles hiring decisions. 3. Provide consistent and accurate insight(HC, CPH, Program Spending) to help understand business drivers behind financial results. 4. Required Qalifications: Master's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 2+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field OR Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 4+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field OR equivalent experience. 2+ years work experience in the technology or software industry. Experience in working with Frontier AI business model and tools is a strong plus 5+ years work experience in matrix-based organization.
