## About the role You will create, implement, optimize, debug, refactor, and maintain high-quality code with a focus on performance, reliability, security, maintainability, and operational excellence. You will lead complex technical initiatives from concept through deployment, balancing customer needs, engineering quality, operational requirements, and security considerations. You will identify dependencies, author technical design documentation, and develop execution plans that align teams around technical strategy, implementation, and delivery milestones. You will act as a technical leader within the team by mentoring engineers, conducting code reviews, leading design discussions, and promoting engineering best practices. You will serve as a Designated Responsible Individual (DRI) for critical services, participating in on-call rotations, monitoring service health, resolving incidents, and driving long-term reliability improvements.
