## About the role Owning/Executing critical Hardware remediations along the end-to-end hardware manufacturing spectrum working with stakeholders from Supply Chain, DC operations, Capacity Management and Engineering Groups. Ability to influence partners, make key decisions pertaining to Hardware Quality escapes and develop a systematic mitigation plan to resolve quality issues. A focus on identifying opportunities and tools that allow a reduction of manual work and automate process workflows including prior work with Agentic AI. Ability to perform cost/time/risk tradeoff analysis while being customer centric and budget conscious. Partner with Leadership and teams to create an inclusive environment that attracts and retains high-performing engineers. Conduct in-depth data analysis to help derive insights and drive business decisions. ## Requirements - Bachelor's Degree AND 6+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience - 3+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects - 10+ years in the Server Hardware Industry - Master's in electrical/computer/industrial engineering with commensurate industry experience - Ability to work on complex issues that span geos, provide clear & crisp communication to stakeholders - Ability to write/run Kusto/SQL queries and working knowledge of Power BI - Experience working in the end-to-end Server Hardware Quality space from System Integrators to Data Center Operations - Experience with AI and Automation ## Nice to have - Prior work with Agentic AI ## What we offer - Partner with Leadership and teams to create an inclusive environment that attracts and retains high-performing engineers
