## About the role - Own the strategy and roadmap for tool onboarding and governance, including registry experience for plugins, skills, connectors, and customer-supplied tool packages. - Engage with customers to understand governance and compliance requirements and translate them into clear, prioritized product investments. - Define granular governance controls for agent tools. - Deliver discovery and observability for unsanctioned/Shadow AI tools, giving customers visibility into tools operating outside sanctioned channels, along with usage and activity insights. - Build governance capabilities for regulated and sovereign environments, including support for government cloud and runtime audit evidence for legal, security, and compliance stakeholders. ## Requirements - Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development. - These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development OR equivalent experience. - Product management experience on developer platforms, extensibility ecosystems, governance experiences, or compliance capabilities. - Familiarity with the AI tooling ecosystem (agent extensibility, plugins, and connectors) or adjacent platform-governance domains. - Experience delivering discovery, observability, or policy-enforcement features for enterprise customers. - Familiarity with regulated and sovereign requirements such as government cloud, audit, and compliance evidence. - Collaboration skills and clear written and verbal communication. ## Nice to have - Registry experience for plugins, skills, connectors, and customer-supplied tool packages. - Experience with government cloud and runtime audit evidence. - Experience with legal, security, and compliance stakeholders.
