Software Engineering Manager - Finance Data & Experiences

Own product scalability and performance, applying engineering best practices and holding accountability for quality and customer satisfaction. ## Requirements * Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 4+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python OR equivalent experience. * Master's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 6+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 8+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python OR equivalent experience. * 2+ years of people management experience. * 4+ years of experience leading software engineering teams, including hiring, performance management, and employee development. * 4+ years of experience in data, business, or financial analysis. * Software engineering background with the ability to engage in technical discussions, review system designs, influence technical decisions, and establish credibility with senior engineers. * Proven track record of delivering software projects end-to-end, including scoping, planning, execution, release, and continuous improvement. * Proven communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work effectively across engineering, product, business, and leadership teams while leading through ambiguity in rapidly evolving environments. * Experience with agentic AI development concepts and architectures, including multi-step reasoning, tool/function calling, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and human-in-the-loop workflows. * Ability to evaluate emerging AI technologies and developer tools and translate insights into engineering strategy, team practices, and technical direction. * Experience with developer productivity tooling, engineering systems, build platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and large-scale software infrastructure. * Hands-on experience with AI agents, plugins, skills, hooks, or similar extensibility frameworks. * Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new technologies and drive the development of scalable, reliable cloud services and data platforms. * Familiarity with financial systems, finance data, and business operating rhythms. * Experience working in Agile, Scrum, or other iterative software development methodologies. ## Nice to have * Experience with agentic AI development concepts and architectures, including multi-step reasoning, tool/function calling, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and human-in-the-loop workflows. * Ability to evaluate emerging AI technologies and developer tools and translate insights into engineering strategy, team practices, and technical direction. * Experience with developer productivity tooling, engineering systems, build platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and large-scale software infrastructure. * Hands-on experience with AI agents, plugins, skills, hooks, or similar extensibility frameworks. * Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new technologies and drive the development of scalable, reliable cloud services and data platforms. * Familiarity with financial systems, finance data, and business operating rhythms. * Experience working in Agile, Scrum, or other iterative software development methodologies. ## What we offer * (No content provided in the original text) ## About us * (No content provided in the original text)
