Technical Program Manager II - Finance Data & Experiences

## About the role Lead medium-to-large scale reporting modernization and finance transformation initiatives. Define program vision, strategy, objectives, roadmaps, and success metrics. Drive end-to-end solution delivery from discovery through implementation and adoption. Manage complex project plans, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder expectations. Ensure successful execution across multiple partner teams. ## Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Finance, Business, or related field AND 2+ years of experience in technical program management, project management, software engineering, data analytics, business intelligence, or related disciplines. - 4+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects. - 1+ year(s) of experience reading and/or writing code (e.g., sample documentation, product demos). - Experience supporting Finance, FP&A, Accounting, Reporting, or Business Operations functions. - Experience with Power BI, SQL, Azure data platforms, SAP, or enterprise financial systems. - Experience leading reporting modernization or business transformation initiatives. - Knowledge of Agile development methodologies and Azure DevOps. - Experience implementing automation and AI-enabled business solutions. - Experience managing programs involving financial reporting, forecast reporting, budget planning, headcount, or operational performance reporting. - Develop business cases and prioritize investments based on impact and customer value. - Ensure solutions deliver high-quality, trusted, and actionable financial insights. - Build trusted relationships across Finance, Engineering, and Leadership teams. ## What we offer (No content provided in the original text) ## About us (No content provided in the original text)
