Principal Execution Program Manager

## About the role Manage cross functional initiatives, focusing on cross-organizational efficiencies and decision making that enable scale through streamlined rhythm of business, tools and processes. Leverage technical acumen in mechanical/electrical systems, structures, and networking infrastructure to facilitate engineering problem solving. Drive business results through a regimented focus on key performance indicators and business goals, promoting clarity and motivation to the project team to execute on time, under budget, while delivering high quality results with zero rework. Use experience and expertise to improve and/or deploy templates, automation, and processes. Design and drive implementation of reporting by interfacing with business, engineering, finance, operations, and systems teams to provide actionable insights. Deliver on ambiguous projects with multiple stakeholders, unclear requirements, and incomplete data. Embody our culture and values. ## Requirements - Bachelor's Degree AND 6+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience. - 3+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects. - These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: - Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, Construction Management AND 15+ years experience in planning, project management, and execution across large-scale complex organizations OR equivalent experience. - 5+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects. - Demonstrates deep subject matter expertise on key functional areas of engineering, procurement, construction, mechanical, electrical, networking, and building automation systems. - Comfortable working at the Executive level within a highly matrixed organization. - Experience driving execution with large complex infrastructure projects. - Technical program management experience managing scope, schedule, budget, contracts, quality, people, risk, and communications. - Demonstrated leadership skills and experience working with large and diverse teams. - Understanding of business and financial objectives.
