Design and drive implementation of reporting by interfacing with business, engineering, finance, operations, and systems teams to provide actionable insights. Deliver on ambiguous projects with multiple stakeholders, unclear requirements, and incomplete data. Embody our culture and values. ## Requirements - Bachelor's Degree AND 6+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience. - 3+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects. - These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: - Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, Construction Management AND 15+ years experience in planning, project management, and execution across large-scale complex organizations OR equivalent experience. - 5+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects. - Demonstrates deep subject matter expertise on key functional areas of engineering, procurement, construction, mechanical, electrical, networking, and building automation systems. - Comfortable working at the Executive level within a highly matrixed organization. - Experience driving execution with large complex infrastructure projects. - Technical program management experience managing scope, schedule, budget, contracts, quality, people, risk, and communications. - Demonstrated leadership skills and experience working with large and diverse teams. - Understanding of business and financial objectives.
