Senior Software Engineering

## About the role Design, build, and operate scalable backend services and APIs that power high-throughput, distributed systems in the cloud. Own end-to-end delivery of features, from technical design and implementation through testing, deployment, monitoring, and ongoing support. Improve system reliability, performance, and resiliency by addressing latency, availability, fault tolerance, and operational efficiency. Collaborate closely with product managers, architects, and partner engineering teams to define requirements and deliver secure, maintainable solutions. Troubleshoot complex production issues, drive root-cause analysis, and continuously improve observability, automation, and engineering practices. ## Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering or Mathematics or Physics or IT technical discipline or 8+ years of industry engineering experience. - 8+ years of programming experience in Java OR C# OR object-oriented programming. - 4+ years of experience with distributed systems delivering large-scale, secure, and resilient cloud services. - Strong foundation in distributed systems, data structures, and algorithms. ## Nice to have - Curious, adaptable, and eager to learn quickly, challenge assumptions and explore better solutions. - Collaborative teammate who values shared success, win-win outcomes, and customer impact. - Self-motivated problem solver who brings energy, integrity, and strong execution in fast-paced environments.
