Software Engineers II / Senior Software Engineers - Commerce Platforms

## About the role Design, build, test, deploy, and operate scalable, secure, and highly reliable distributed systems and cloud-native services. Develop commerce platform capabilities supporting AI solutions, financial systems, payments, offers, pricing, catalogs, data models, and transaction processing platforms. Build AI-powered experiences, intelligent automation, agentic workflows, and data-driven capabilities that improve customer and business outcomes. Develop and maintain APIs, backend services, cloud platforms, data pipelines, and full-stack applications. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define technical approaches, and deliver high-quality solutions. Create and own technical designs, architecture proposals, implementation plans, and engineering documentation. Drive platform modernization initiatives that improve scalability, resiliency, observability, security, compliance, and developer productivity. Leverage AI-assisted engineering tools to improve development efficiency, code quality, testing, deployment, and operational excellence. Improve live-site health through monitoring, telemetry, automation, incident response, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement. Champion engineering excellence through secure development practices, code reviews, automation, and high operational standards. Partner across engineering, product, program management, research, and data teams to deliver end-to-end customer-focused solutions.
