Drive supplier performance and material readiness through forecast alignment, replenishment strategies, capacity planning, and ongoing operational reviews with key suppliers and sourcing partners. Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics to identify root causes of performance gaps, generate actionable insights, and lead continuous improvement initiatives that enhance delivery, quality, predictability, and cycle time performance. Collaborate across Engineering, Procurement, Logistics, Trade, Finance, Capacity Planning, Datacenter Operations, and strategic suppliers to enable successful execution of supply chain objectives. Support business transformation initiatives by leveraging data, automation, and AI-enabled solutions to improve supply chain agility, scalability, and operational effectiveness. ## Requirements * Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Supply Chain Analytics, or related field AND 3+ years supply planning, operations, supply chain, indirect supply planning, technology-related supply chain, sourcing and manufacturing, Sales & Operations Planning, material requirement planning systems and tools or related experience * Master's Degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain Analytics, or related field AND 1+ year(s) supply planning, operations, supply chain, indirect supply planning, technology-related supply chain, sourcing and manufacturing, Sales & Operations Planning, material requirement planning systems and tools or related experience * Equivalent experience * These requirements include, but are not limited to, the following specialized security screenings: * 3-5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, data analytics or related functions * Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or related discipline * Analytical skills to develop real-time, actionable tooling & metrics leveraging an AI-first approach * Knowledge of business systems and information technology for managing supply chain required
