Engineering Manager - Microsoft Defender for Endpoint

Embody our culture and values. ## Requirements - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 6+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python OR equivalent experience. - 10+ years of software development experience within Windows operating systems, low-level systems software, or comparable systems programming environments. - 5+ years of experience leading and developing engineering teams, including people management and technical leadership responsibilities. - Demonstrated success designing, architecting, and delivering scalable, reliable, and maintainable software solutions. - Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and disciplines. - Demonstrated proficiency in C and C++. - Experience developing software that uses concurrent, multithreaded, or parallel processing techniques.
