Monitor, operate, and control critical infrastructure systems; Perform preventive and corrective maintenance in accordance with approved EOPs, MOPs, and SOPs; Respond to incidents, support troubleshooting and recovery activities, and lead response efforts when appropriate; Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure safe and high-quality execution; Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing knowledge, supporting peers, and developing technical capability over time.
