Senior Finance Manager, Cloud Accounting

## About the role * Perform Accounting and Supply Chain asset management to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting. * Design and execute scalable accounting and reporting solutions to enable stakeholders with optimal and compliant systems and processes, and key analysis and insights. * Partner with finance to drive insight and clarity on accounting and asset management guidance to help inform business decisions and financial planning (forecast, targets, and long-range planning). * Participate with a high performing team, adding to thought leadership for Cloud Controllership and Enablement. * Collaborate with global stakeholders to meet regulatory, statutory, audit and compliance requirements. * Build and manage close partnerships with teams across Engineering, Operations, Finance, and Business. * Embrace inclusion, a growth mindset, and enable culture and norms that support consistent quality partner experiences. * Embody our culture and values ## Requirements * Masters Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 2+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field * OR Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 4+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field * OR equivalent experience. * Masters Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 6+ years of post-graduate financial analysis, accounting, controllership, or finance work experience * OR Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 8+ years of post-graduate financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance work experience * OR equivalent experience. * 1+ year(s) experience in multinationals with multi-product/multi-segment finance roles. * 1+ year(s) work experience in matrix-based organization. * 1+ year(s) work experience in the technology or software industry. * MBA and/or CPA preferred. * Previous accounting experience in operational accounting, Cloud, supply chain, fixed assets, and/or multi-national companies. * Solid analytical, collaboration, and time management skills. * Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management. * Solid understanding of GAAP, Internal Controls, and SOX. * Demonstrated systems and process improvement experience. * Highly collaborative and comfortable dealing with ambiguity, influencing across multiple complex organizations, and creating effective internal business partnerships. * Ability to effectively manage multiple projects, while having attention to detail excellence and working under deadlines.
