Director, Program Management

Own end-to-end delivery of large-scale cross-organizational programs spanning multiple engineering teams and platform components. Drive cross-organizational initiatives spanning engineering, operations, and business teams to deliver strategic priorities. Partner across multiple engineering orgs to align roadmaps, resourcing, and drive compliance with security and quality standards. Remove blockers, mitigate risks, and escalate issues to leadership to maintain program momentum and delivery. Bachelor's Degree AND 6+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience. 3+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects. 8+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects. Coordinate cross-divisional program execution across engineering and business teams to ensure alignment on priorities, milestones, and delivery timelines. Support leadership reviews and business updates by synthesizing program insights and progress across initiatives. Improve processes, tools, and reporting frameworks that increase visibility into program performance and organizational priorities. Performance Management and Continuous Improvement
