## About the role Lead end-to-end incident management and fix delivery across the Fabric Platform, driving rapid mitigation, root cause resolution, and sustained reliability improvements. Partner closely with product engineering teams to prioritize and execute high-impact fixes, ensuring clear ownership and measurable outcomes. Build and scale agent-driven engineering capabilities to accelerate signal detection, diagnosis, and automated resolution (signal-to-fix). Establish strong execution discipline through metrics, dashboards, and operational rhythms that improve visibility, prioritization, and accountability.
