Lead end-to-end supplier identification, qualification, tendering, and contracting for data center operational services, equipment, and materials. Review and manage maintenance, upgrade, and project contracts to ensure compliance and alignment with operational goals. Conduct cost benchmarking and financial analysis across service agreements to optimize spend. Oversee supplier relationship and performance management through KPIs and scorecards. Manage the financial and commercial aspects of site contracts including PO and invoice reviews. Prepare quarterly spend management review materials. Evaluate cost savings opportunities and implement strategic projects. Coordinate closely with datacenter field operations to foster alignment and partnerships.
