Lead triage, containment, and resolution plan of issues identified during general assembly and end-of-line testing; Define and execute short-term containment actions including rework plans and part quarantine; Collaborate cross-functionally to lead root cause analysis and drive DFM improvements; Support cross-functional teams to implement permanent corrective actions; Support prototype builds and production trials to validate fixes; Develop and maintain metrics, dashboards, and reporting to track issue health and improve PIRT processes
