Responsibilities
Plan and execute DevOps pipelines covering planning, coding, building, testing, staging, release, configuration, and monitoring; Build and customize DevOps tools including coding and scripting integrations with operating systems and production infrastructure; Create user-access workflows and provision access according to defined processes; Automate testing and deployment in DevOps environments; Provide support to internal and external customers using DevOps tools and resolve tickets within specified turnaround times; Troubleshoot critical and recurring issues, perform root-cause analysis, and follow escalation procedures when needed.
