Systems like warehouse management and point of sale softwares help in driving the day to day operations, whereas intelligent pricing and inventory models provide the necessary controls essential to guarantee a 5 star experience for the end customer. At the heart of our product lies a simple philosophy, to add value to the life of the end user and simplify the day to day working of each and every stakeholder. Various apps from warehouse, franchisee partner, delivery partners and the end customer, we focus on providing seamless user experience. And we do all this while planning for a scale capable of taking these systems Pan India. ## Our Stack Backend: Python/Django, Postgres, Elastic, MongoDB, Celery, CI/CD, GoLang Frontend: NextJS/ReactJS, Axios Android: Kotlin/MVVM, Work Manager, Room, Firebase, Dagger Devops: Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD ## About the Role Build and maintain customer-facing Android applications used by 1 lac+ monthly users Develop performant, pixel-perfect UI using Jetpack Compose and XML layouts Design and implement features following Clean Architecture principles across Presentation, Domain, and Data layers Integrate RESTful APIs and manage local data persistence Optimize app performance — startup time, rendering, memory, and network efficiency Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to ship features end to end Write clean, testable, and maintainable Kotlin code Monitor and resolve production issues using crash reporting and analytics tools ## Requirements - 2+ years of developing Android applications using Kotlin - Strong understanding of Clean Architecture and separation of concerns across layers - Experience with Jetpack Compose alongside XML-based UI development - Proficiency with Kotlin Coroutines and Flow for asynchronous and reactive programming - Hands-on experience with Hilt or Dagger for dependency injection - Familiarity with Jetpack libraries — Navigation Component, Room, ViewModel, LiveData, DataBinding/ViewBinding - Experience with Retrofit + OkHttp for networking and REST API integration - Understanding of RecyclerView patterns and list performance optimization - Experience with Firebase services — Crashlytics, Analytics, Remote Config - Experience with feature flag systems (GrowthBook, Remote Config, or similar) - Familiarity with MVI pattern and unidirectional data flow - Experience with modular/multi-module Android project architecture - Knowledge of R8/ProGuard for code shrinking and obfuscation - Strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, concurrency, and complexity analysis - Object-oriented and functional design experience; comfortable with composition over inheritance - Obsession with speed, performance, and great user experience - Experience with Git for version control and collaborative development - Familiarity with Gradle build system and multi-flavor configurations ## Nice to Have - Experience with Flutter (Dart) for cross-platform mobile development - Experience with CI/CD pipelines for mobile (GitHub Actions, Bitrise, Fastlane, or similar) - Any startup experience - Knowledge of iOS development
