Responsibilities
Define end-to-end technical vision and multi-year roadmap for the global data platform; Gather requirements and maintain relationships with the consumer base to align with business ambitions; Ensure platform scalability, reliability, performance, and security by embedding NFRs and resilience principles; Lead prioritization and delivery of platform features with Product Managers and Scrum Masters; Own the platform backlog and balance innovation with tech debt reduction; Serve as primary technical escalation point for incidents, audits, and risk findings; Establish and monitor SLAs, SLOs, and KPIs to measure platform health and business value; Drive standardization and reuse across the platform ecosystem; Coach Technical Leads and development teams on best practices; Shape the target operating model for platform operations including staffing and governance; Represent the platform in executive forums to articulate progress and strategic decisions
