Responsibilities
Safely load and unload freight, trucks, and containers; Operate forklifts, high‑reach equipment, and scissor lifts; Manage inventory control, stock movements, and serial number accuracy; Pick, pack, and consign stock to meet delivery schedules; Liaise with sales, customer service, and freight partners; Carry out regular safety checks, audits, and cycle counts; Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organisation, and WH&S standards; Provide customer support relating to stock allocation, transfers, returns, and damaged goods.
