Responsibilities
Support treasury operation system issues out of Trax and Quantum; Support accounting and general ledger posting rules for Treasury transactions; Support deployment of treasury systems in new Geographies; Design Trax enrichments utilizing Treasury and Banking knowledge; Support implementation of system upgrades/migration; Troubleshoot interfacing issues with Reuters, banks, FX ALL and ERPs; Maintain Reuters Interface for importing of FX/interest rates; Assist in planned & ad hoc projects; Support Business Operation and audit process; Daily monitoring of treasury management ticketing systems; Allocation/resolution of all tickets in a timely manner in line with the SLA
