Develop innovative manufacturing concepts with a focus on automation and robotics for complex ETO products; Design and evaluate solution approaches for autonomous systems and robot-supported applications in production environments; Plan, coordinate, and accompany test series and pilot projects from idea to implementation; Analyze and document results and derive actionable recommendations; Evaluate technologies regarding technical feasibility, economic viability, and scalability; Introduce new technologies into production and support their sustainable implementation; Actively track the state of the art through trade fairs, networks, and collaboration with institutes and universities; Promote knowledge exchange and networking with experts within the company and external partners
