Develop and implement comprehensive validation test programs for drive units and subcomponents; Execute reliability testing across various drive unit programs; Oversee and assist with the set-up and execution of thermal, electrical, and mechanical tests; Collect and interpret data from data acquisition systems to root cause failures; Conduct comprehensive failure analysis by providing detailed risk assessments, test summaries, teardown reports, pictures, and data logs; Design, improve, debug, and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical test equipment and infrastructure; Organize and lead testing efforts, coordinate test demands to meet the needs of multiple teams and programs; Work directly with reliability and design engineers for test planning activities; Document and present findings to stakeholders through detailed test reports and results analysis
