Responsibilities
Create independent and complete cost estimates for stripping and hazardous material remediation projects; Evaluate and review tender documents; Perform quantity take-offs, performance assessments, and cost calculations; Create economic offers and contract calculations as well as change orders; Lead contract negotiations and take responsibility for the tender process until the conclusion of a construction contract; Hand over projects to site management for execution; Create change order offers
