Own and improve Microsoft Intune services including configuration profiles, compliance policies, and security baselines; Manage endpoint environments through Intune and MECM/SCCM with co-management strategies; Engineer and maintain secure authentication solutions including certificate-based authentication, SmartCard integration, and MFA; Package, test, deploy, and maintain enterprise applications and security agents; Develop and maintain PowerShell automation and endpoint self-healing capabilities; Monitor endpoint health and security posture using telemetry platforms; Partner with cybersecurity teams to maintain endpoint protection solutions and support vulnerability remediation
