Lead integrated project teams for early project development and concept selection; Develop Project O&U basis and integrate facilities within existing or new plant designs; Perform technoeconomic optimization balancing CAPEX, profitability, and ESG goals; Support development of Utilities Balances, Flow Diagrams, and Design Basis documentation; Review Utilities specifications and safety systems; Contribute to Engineering Surveillance of contractor deliverables during FEED and Detailed Design; Troubleshoot offsite & utilities operational concerns; Provide mentoring and technical reviews of less experienced engineers; Ensure alignment of recommended scope with Business Teams and Operations; Drive or participate in facilities and systems reviews including P&ID, HAZOP, and 3D Models review
