Develop and execute global MRO category strategies; Identify and build relationships with key stakeholders across Procurement, Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, and Safety; Define category strategy scope by assessing spend, demand patterns, and supplier landscape; Build and manage strategic supplier relationships; Provide strategic guidance to contract managers on sourcing and negotiations; Analyze internal spend data and external market insights; Collaborate with Supply Chain Materials Management to improve inventory optimization and demand planning; Partner with Global Operations Maintenance to understand operational requirements; Lead strategic supplier relationship management including KPIs and scorecards; Identify and mitigate supply risks.
