Review and approve supplier Quality Control Plans and Inspection Test Plans; Steward supplier evaluations and facility qualifications; Lead or support supplier assessments for API Q1 compliance; Conduct Pre-Production meetings with suppliers; Organize and supervise verification programs via Third Party Inspectors; Assist in resolution of Nonconformance Reports (NCRs) and Requests-for-Exception (RFEs); Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for equipment failures; Review TPI inspection reports and ensure issue resolution before dispatch.
