Responsibilities
Design and maintain scalable automation across APIs, web UI, and backend services; Execute automation strategies supporting identity platform components; Contribute to and evolve an automation roadmap aligned with product goals; Actively use AI-powered developer tools to accelerate automation work; Apply intelligent automation techniques to improve test generation, maintenance, and diagnostics; Execute testing across functional, regression, performance, security, and resiliency scenarios; Contribute to shift-left testing by integrating automation and quality gates into CI/CD pipelines; Identify and resolve issues affecting test stability, observability, and feedback loops; Collaborate with Engineering and SRE to identify coverage gaps, reliability risks, and release quality metrics; Contribute to the optimization of CI/CD pipelines and automated testing workflows; Participate in technical reviews of automation frameworks, test plans, and engineering processes; Share knowledge and support teammates to increase automation maturity and engineering excellence
