Responsibilities
Provide Follow-the-Sun incident management support for SAP systems; Maintain system integrity, availability, and operational controls; Coordinate and execute cross-functional technical activities including outages, upgrades, and infrastructure changes; Lead and support SAP Basis administration activities including system builds, configurations, monitoring, and housekeeping; Implement and manage system monitoring, alerting, proactive health checks, and capacity monitoring; Plan and execute system upgrades, enhancements, DR, and cyber recovery tests; Analyze and resolve performance and technical issues; Produce and maintain SAP Basis standards and technical documentation; Build and test Proof of Concept (PoC) systems; Provide stakeholder reporting, KPIs, and operational metrics; Deliver on-call rotational support during off-hours and weekends
