Coordinate external donor search with transfusion medicine and donor centers; Organize and align stem cell/bone marrow transplant workflows including donor request and cell product logistics; Communicate with internal teams and external partners (donor centers, cell processing institute, apheresis units, radiation therapy); Plan and coordinate diagnostic, therapeutic, and logistical processes (whole-body irradiation, bone marrow aspiration, admission planning); Compile, verify, and document relevant findings and maintain patient records; Organize blood sample shipping and support donor release and follow-up.
