Own product BOM structure and configuration from prototype to sustainment; Assist with parts sourcing and alternate component selection; Track parts acquisition and production planning; Ensure configuration control and ECO implementation; Support obsolescence management and drive redesign proposals; Coordinate with production/quality for system build and testing; Provide floor support and train production personnel; Lead root-cause and corrective action activities; Develop troubleshooting guides and technical reference materials; Assist with hardware/software integration and defect resolution; Maintain product development schedules; Support risk management; Participate in program reviews and customer interactions; Support development of work instructions and subassembly drawings.
