We are looking for an experienced manager to take full ownership of one of our stores and make sure the supply chain, logistics and customer promise are all running smoothly. You will be leading the team at our store and be responsible for the day-to-day operations and performance. We are ideally looking for a candidate with managerial experience in a customer facing and fast paced environment. Ultimately, you will ensure smooth operations by making the right decisions, leading and motivating the dark store staff and enable an amazing customer experience with punctual and zero error deliveries. ## Responsibilities - Take full ownership of a warehouse from ensuring that we have a functioning supply chain to sending out orders to customers - Create an integrated, professional and fun work environment - Manage, motivate and support a team of warehouse staff - Perfectly execute Zapp processes, from inbounding to picking to routing riders to customers - Drive innovation and work with different departments to improve processes - Ensure that all health & safety and regulatory requirements are followed on site - Evaluate and report on KPIs for your store - Support customer service when needed to delight our customers at all times - Monitor logistics and last mile delivery to ensure operational excellence ## Requirements - Experience working in supermarkets, hospitality, restaurants or other fast paced environments - Entrepreneurial spirit - taking ownership and drive processes with little guidance - Strong communication and leadership skills - Excellent organizational and project management skills - The ability to manage multiple people in stressful situations - Keeping an eye for detail and finding creative solutions ## Benefits - Competitive salary & equity package - Make use of our home office allowance for office supplies - Benefit from a 25% discount on Zapp - Access to a monthly budget of €35 which you can spend in the Zapp flexible benefits platform, powered by YourCampus - Be part of a fast-growing company and a super motivated team ## About the company At Zapp we embrace diversity.
