Responsibilities
Lead stakeholder interviews and workshops to understand goals and pain points; Document current-state and future-state processes, business rules, and data definitions; Support new-project sizing by breaking scope into epics and stories; Identify assumptions, risks, and dependencies early; Write user stories with testable acceptance criteria; Partner with Product Managers to prioritize and groom the backlog; Collaborate with UI/UX design to validate flows and screens; Answer engineering questions during sprints; Work with QA to ensure test coverage; Support sprint demos and coordinate user acceptance testing; Maintain organized requirements documentation; Capture compliance, security, and audit requirements; Act as trusted client contact for scope questions; Translate between business and technical audiences; Surface scope changes and explain tradeoffs
