Accompany parents in SGB II benefits in targeted coaching, support participants individually in group and individual settings, discuss career perspectives and develop strategies, support processing and reduction of existing problem situations, increase motivation and willingness to perform, improve integration chances, support participants in overcoming problems through targeted networking, acquire training and job placements, accompany internships and operational trial phases, support the search for a suitable employer, actively shape mediation processes, create good conditions for pedagogical work through regular contact with clients and regional companies
