Coordinate software development teams for efficient processes and technical quality; Define functional requirements for ECUs in close coordination with technical departments; Act as Software Lead for integration and further development of control functions; Review and evaluate software requirements for motor controller functions regarding technical feasibility and completeness; Coordinate development of source code and associated developer tests; Ensure execution of module tests for quality verification of individual software components; Organize and accompany device and system tests as well as other test phases in the development process; Responsibility for release of software releases and their documentation
