Responsibilities
Support purchase order and delivery follow-up with suppliers; Update and maintain orders, receipts and material information in ERP systems; Assist with inventory control, data analysis and inventory reports; Prepare weekly/monthly delivery and fulfillment reports using Excel; Support logistics and customs documentation, including invoices and packing lists; Coordinate with Planning, Production and Quality teams to follow up on material shortages and delivery issues; Organize supply chain documentation, meeting minutes and action items.
