Responsibilities
Develop and optimize hardware-adjacent embedded software for complex electronic systems; Analyze existing software architectures and extend/modify software components; Conceptualize and implement new software functions based on technical requirements; Accompany the entire development process from architecture and implementation to integration, testing, and release; Consider real-time requirements during development and adaptation of embedded software; Implement and integrate communication interfaces between hardware and software components; Support commissioning and system integration and conduct technical fault analysis; Identify and permanently resolve software and system errors; Create and maintain technical documentation according to internal and project-specific guidelines; Close collaboration with interdisciplinary teams from system development, hardware development, manufacturing, and quality assurance; Support coordination of technical alignments with external development partners
