Responsibilities
Develop and optimize hardware-adjacent embedded software for complex electronic systems; Analyze existing software architectures and extend/adapt software components; Conceptualize and implement new software functions based on technical requirements; Support the entire software development process from architecture and implementation through integration and testing to release; Develop and adapt software for embedded systems considering real-time requirements; Implement and integrate communication interfaces between hardware and software components; Support commissioning and system integration as well as conduct technical fault analysis; Identify, analyze, and permanently resolve software and system errors; Create and maintain technical documentation according to internal guidelines and project-specific standards; Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams from system development, hardware development, manufacturing, and quality assurance; Support coordination of technical alignments with external development partners
